Technical Limitations

TRADO does not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted access and is not liable for issues arising from broker server failures, slippage, data discrepancies, or system malfunctions. Users are advised to remain cautious of fraudulent communications; TRADO does not operate paid channels or solicit fees.

TRADO currently supports option trading in indices like Nifty, BankNifty, FinNifty, MidcapNifty, Sensex, and Bankex. User credentials are never accessed by TRADO and are sent directly to broker servers; credentials are stored locally only if the user opts to save them.

TRADO is not liable for broker-side issues such as order failures or delays, especially during high volatility. Features like Predefined TGT/SL and MTM TGT/SL require the terminal to remain active and "Always On Top"; browser refreshes or backgrounding may disable these functions. Platform resets occur on page reload, requiring manual re-entry of SL/TGT settings.
